Mason proposes mixed-use development, including ballfield for NW corner

The QLC hosted a “Look, Listen, Act” session at the St. Matthew’s Church community center to give the public a chance to learn more about Beth Mason’s proposal for the NW corner of town, above the 14th St. Viaduct, west of Park Ave.

Mason’s vision for the 25-block section of town includes a minor-league baseball stadium, a small convention center, boutique hotels, a pedestrian shopping boulevard, and a variety of arts, entertainment and theater venues, each under five stories tall.
